This seminar will disclose the ins and outs of the lender approval process. Lenders use the 5-C Criteria for review each loan package: Capital, Character, Collateral, Capacity (Cash Flow), and Conditions. Their decision will be based on the level of risk involved in each transaction. The documents that include a healthy picture of the current financial health of your business as well as a business plan predicting the future will be essential. Traditional lenders as well as SBA-guaranteed programs will be discussed in detail. All businesses need to know in advance what it takes to qualify for the various types of loans available.
