The small business owner will learn about the SBA’s business loan programs, no-cost business management counseling programs, what goes in to a good loan proposal, how to prepare one to increase the chances of getting a loan. In addition participants will go over strategies for credit management & credit score improvement. Attendees will be able to schedule an appointment for credit counseling.

Lyndsay Kilpatrick is the Outreach and Marketing Specialist for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s New Jersey District. She brings a wealth of experience to the SBA, with over ten years of banking experience in the consumer and small business segment, helping clients meet their goals. Lyndsay is a native Newark-er motivated by SBA’s mission to help small businesses throughout the state start, expand and recover.
