The NJSBDC at Rutgers-Newark Smart Business Plan Workshop is offered in 4 hour increments over 4 weeks. This cycle will be held on Fridays and will be conducted virtually via the ZOOM video conferencing platform. All the essential steps will be covered, including drafting the business goals and objectives; identifying the audience; gathering information; researching; describing product and services; marketing and sales planning, and financial projections and reports. At the completion of the workshop, clients who need additional assistance with fine-tuning their business plans will have an opportunity to have a Business & Financial Plan Review. A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION will be issued after participating in all 18 hours of the Smart Business Plan Workshop.
