In this webinar we will walk through the steps of digital marketing plan creation. As part of this we will focus on:

  • setting goals that lead to desired results for your business

  • understanding your customer segments

  • assessing the current effectiveness of your digital properties (website, social media, etc)

  • assessing competitive position

This session will focus on best practices in using social media platforms for business including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram. Topics include why use social media, how to choose which platforms to use, engagement trends on different social media platforms and trends in popular media types on each platform and Paid advertising.

These activities will support building a Digital Marketing Plan that delivers results. We’ll review different templates you can use to complete your plan.

Ms. Henderson is a strategic marketing consultant with strong experience in digital lead generation. She owned a digital marketing agency for 10 years and prior to that had an extensive career in Marketing, working with several Fortune 500 companies in a variety of Strategic Marketing roles. Ms. Henderson has a BA in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and General Management..
A resident of Wayne, NJ, Ms. Henderson volunteers with Passaic County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) and is a member of the North Jersey Chamber of Commerce. She is also active in the New Jersey State Women’s Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as Vice President of Marketing.
