Change management is the process, tools and techniques used to manage the people-side of change and achieve required business outcomes. In an evolving technology landscape, it is critical to steer the change process effectively and prepare those involved to be adaptable, knowledgeable, and confident in executing new workflow and technology. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to apply a systematic approach to helping the individuals impacted by "the change" to be successful by building support, addressing resistance and developing the required knowledge and ability to implement the change.
