Business Plan Workshop- Part 4

Workshop will cover Part I-Strategy and Organization, Part II- Marketing and Market Research, Part III – Forecasting and Financial Projections, Part IV- Financial Statements and Budget Projections. Access to a Computer is necessary either through state of the art classrooms or personal laptops. Post-training counseling: Once the training is completed clients who need additional fine-tuning of their business plans will have an opportunity to have Business & Financial Plan Consultations. The cost includes a training manual, 4 writing classes with hands on computer access to MS Word, Excel & the internet.
