NJ Division of Taxation Small Business Formation and Reporting Workshop

Instructed by NJ Division of Taxation/Taxation University educators, the workshop covers in-depth descriptions of different types of business structures and the formation and registration process for each one. It also covers reporting and paying tax on business income, determining if a tax return is required at the business level, and paying tax on the income at the business and/or at the personal tax level.
