About the Speaker: Tannia Ospina is a Latina intellectual property attorney and the managing founder of The Ospina Law Firm. She specializes in intellectual property and trademark law. She launched her own law firm to strategically guide businesses on how to legally safeguard and promote their products and services and Law Bizette, a podcast for entrepreneurs. Driven by her passion for entrepreneurship, Tannia has launched 3 businesses of her own and committed her career to protecting her clients’ innovations while also nurturing an entrepreneurial spirit in the community. She works with a diverse clientele, including Latinx entrepreneurs, Ecommerce businesses and Mompreneurs, from family-owned enterprises to content creators and media companies.
