Date: 9/15 Time: 4–5 pm Title: Business Finance Growth Level 3: Build Revenue Forecasts, Hiring Plans, and Expansion Capital Description: Small business owners often reach a point where increasing demand exposes gaps in capacity, planning, and capital. This workshop gives them a structured approach to scaling without giving up financial stability. Participants learn to build detailed Revenue Forecasts using historical sales patterns, customer conversion rates, economy/inflation, and pricing models, then translate those revenue/profit projections into monthly operating budgets that clarify hiring needs, business resources, and cash requirements. They also learn how to design Hiring Plans that calculate the cost and ROI of each role, identify when labor constraints are limiting revenue, and estimate productivity gains from adding staff or contractors. Finally, the session demystifies Expansion Capital by walking owners through crowdfunding options, market expectations, cash flow coverage ratios, and how to model repayment scenarios inside their forecast. As they apply this framework across their 12-18 month growth roadmap, owners gain the ability to time their hiring, manage cash and business resources with greater precision, and raise debt-free and equity-free capital from a position of financial strength rather than urgency.
